Is Blue Cross Blue Shield of N.C. health insurance still valid if the policy holder moves out of state?
I know a self-employed person who is insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, but who left N.C. a year ago to work somewhere else temporarily. He hasn’t had to file a claim so far but I’m wondering if his insurance coverage is still valid even though he’s paying the premium every month. He has not given them a change of address notification.
