Do you think Roger CLemens was still a great pitcher since most players used steroids?

Im sure most players used roids of some sort

1984 to 1996, when he was with the Red Sox, and before the steroid scandal really hit, he was headed toward the hall of fame. After 1996, when he went to Toronto, he started using steroids according to Kirk Radomski’s account in the Mitchell Report.
